The binding rules are published in the Terms & Conditions, Bonus Rules, KYC policy, and Responsible Gaming pages on bohocasinoofficial.com and its mirrors. The terms list 12.06.2025 as the effective date. By registering, players accept those pages and the operator rules before using the account.

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal, and the KYC policy allows earlier checks when account access controls, anti-fraud review, or responsible gaming measures apply. The site also uses one-account restrictions and age checks, so access can depend on successful verification at any stage.

The Responsible Gaming page lists deposit limits for day, week, and month, plus loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. It also links to external help organisations and support contacts. These controls apply to 18+ users, and the site displays the Play Responsibly message in its communications.

Self-exclusion can be started from the Responsible Gaming page, through 24/7 live chat, or by emailing [email protected]. The two confirmed formats are a temporary cooling-off period or permanent exclusion. KYC is required for the process, and reactivation is reviewed only after a cooling-off period ends.

Yes. Permanent account closure is available through support or the self-exclusion tool. Once activated, the account is blocked, active bonuses are cancelled, and the balance is paid to verified methods after pending bonuses are deducted. Gaming history and account data remain stored where regulatory requirements require retention.

Metlait SRL operates the site. The published legal information names E-gaming license No. 0000064 and Anjouan license ALSI-202509073-FI2. The terms also set 18+ access, restricted jurisdictions, and arbitration-based dispute handling, so those rules should be checked before signup.
